Registration transcript states ~ Name: Barry Soetoro - Religion: Islam - Nationality: Indonesian

The smoking gun evidence that annuls Obama’s presidency is Obama’s college transcripts regarding his application for and receiving of foreign student aid.  Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript from Occidental College shows that Obama (Barry Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship (scholarship) for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program – an international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government.  Grants are available for U.S. citizens to go abroad and for non-U.S. citizens with no U.S. permanent residence to come to the U.S.  To qualify, for the non-US citizen scholarship to study in the U.S., a student applicant must claim and provide proof of foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking.  The United States Constitution requires that Presidents (and Vice Presidents) of the United States be natural born citizens of the United States.

“No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

Obama hasn’t met and doesn’t meet the basic qualifications for the presidency – must be natural born citizen.

Obama has been named in dozens of civil lawsuits alleging he is not eligible to be president, with many filing a criminal complaint alleging the commander-in-chief is a fraud.

The filed indictments disputes Obama’s eligibility to be president under the U.S. Constitution which requires that eligible candidates for the United States presidency be “natural born” citizens.

U.S. soldiers including a general refuse to recognize Obama as their Commander in Chief since he is not a U.S. citizen. The soldiers have challenged Obama’s legitimacy by filing federal lawsuits against Obama.

On such soldier was U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook who was given orders to deploy to Afghanistan. Cook refused to deploy stating that he shouldn’t have to go because Obama is not a U.S. citizen and therefore not legally President and Commander in Chief.  The military revoked the orders with no reason given.  Speculation is that Obama would rather not see this thing go to court before a judge!

“In the 20-page document — filed with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia — the California-based Taitz asks the court to consider granting his client’s request based upon Cook’s belief that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces,” the Ledger-Enquirer reported.

Cook “would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command. … simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties,” Taitz stated.

Obama says he was born in Hawaii in 1961, just two years after it became a state.

There are many lawsuits and claims that Barack Obama was never eligible to be president because he wasn’t born in the United States. And there is credible evidence that suggests he is not legally eligible to serve as President of the United States.

Numerous official government documents records Obama being legally registered as Barry Soetoro. School registries shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro. During his Occidental College days he is registered as Barry Soetoro. An entry in the journal of the California assembly in reference to grants given to foreign exchange students (this official government document lists Obama as a foreigner not a US citizen. A US citizen wouldn’t qualify for foreign exchange student funding) states Obama as Barry Soetoro from Indonesia.

The first name of a child is always the same from birth. If throughout his childhood Obama went by the first name of Barry then legally his birth name would have to be Barry. In order to register any child for school an official birth certificate must be presented. To receive a government grant proof of citizenship and birth must also be submitted. All of the evidence is stating that Barack Obama’s legal first name is Barry not Barrack.

A biography of Obama’s Occidental College days states that when Obama was 18-19 he attended school as BARRY SOETORO. And it wasn’t until he met a girl by the name of Regina that Obama started using the name Barack.  Regina was the first to start calling him Barack.  There seems to be no record of Obama legally changing his first name from Barry to Barack.

While being sworn in as an attorney in the State of Illinois, Mr Obama had to provide his personal information under oath. He was asked, if he had any other names, he responded none. In reality, he used the name Barry Soetoro in an entry in the journal of the California assembly in reference to grants given to foreign exchange students. Mr. Soetoro/Obama clearly defrauded the State Bar of Illinois and perjured himself while concealing his identity. Anybody else would’ve been disbarred for this and the matter would’ve been forwarded to the district attorney for prosecution for perjury and fraud, however nothing was done to Mr. Obama. More importantly, why did he conceal his identity?

If Obama didn’t legally have his name changed from Barry to Barack then the birth certificate he passed to Congress is a fake, a forgery.  If his name was registered as Barry Soetoro even though Obama claims his real name is Barack Obama then Obama defrauded the state of California in order to receive college funding.  Obama knowingly presented a false document to the state wherein he claimed to be a foreign student in order to illegally acquire financial aid.

(f) Whoever knowingly makes any false statement or claim that he is a citizen of the United States in order to register to vote or to vote in any Federal, State, or local election (including an initiative, recall, or referendum)—

This evidence is sufficient to annul the presidency of Obama.   Official Occidental College transcripts registered with the state declares that Obama is an impostor.

Dear Mr. President:

I write to urge you to review enforcement of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA) provision, 18 U.S. Code Section 925(d)(3), which prohibits the importation of firearms except those that are “generally recognized as particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes.” Previous Administrations have used this authority to limit the importation of military-style assault firearms, and it could once again be a helpful tool in preventing the gun trafficking that is fueling the horrific gun violence in Mexico, the Southwest border region, and many cities and towns across our nation.

Furthermore, it appears that some importers are bringing in rifle parts and reassembling them with a small number of domestically manufactured components. This practice has gone unchecked, despite Section 922 (r) of the GCA, which prohibits using imported parts to assemble any semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun which is identical to any rifle or shotgun prohibited from importation under 18 U.S. Code Section 925(d)(3).

I urge you to review enforcement of the GCA and take any regulatory steps necessary to stop the both the importation of all military-style, non-sporting firearms, and the assembly of those firearms from imported parts.

Saudis own Obama & Fox News

The Adviser of Saudi Prince, Al-Waleed bin Talal, helped Obama as a student. Al-Waleed is also a controlling owner of Fox News.

A spike in the price of oil, largely controlled by the Saudis, was instrumental in the financial collapse which resulted in the election of Obama as president. At the same time, a Saudi Prince, in effect, controls Fox News, though he is nominally not the largest shareholder. This provides a leash on Fox News to prevent them from becoming too aggressive in their attacks on Obama. Notice that Fox News does not support Obama’s impeachment and removal and openly mocks such attempts by others. This note provides some of the details.

Percy Sutton is the radical attorney, who represented Malcolm X. In the clip below, he relates in an interview how he helped Obama gain admittance to Harvard at the request of Khalid Al-Mansour, who is an adviser to an extremely wealthy Saudi prince, Al-Waleed bin Talal, one of the 4-5 wealthiest men in the world. Al-Waleed also saved Fox News in 2005 from a hostile takeover and is a business partner of Rupert Murdoch, his front man for control of Fox News. His partnership with Al-Waleed provides Murdoch access to Middle Eastern countries for sweet media deals with his oil-rich Arabian-gulf partners.

According to Discover the Networks and Wiki-Answers, Al-Mansour is an orthodox Muslim and black nationalist who was a mentor to the founders of the original Black Panthers in the 1960s. Sutton made these statements in an interview by NY1 reporter, Dominic Carter. A spokesman for the Percy Sutton family later said that Sutton retracted all of the statements in this interview. Percy Sutton is deceased now and was of advanced age then, probably forgetting that he was not supposed to speak the truth during television interviews! The interview was made before Obama announced that he would campaign for president.

The prince of Sudia Arabia, al-Waleed bin Talal is the same prince that is partnered with Rupert Murdoch in controlling Fox News. Al-Waleed’s 7% share of News Corp., the parent company of Fox News, gives him disproportionate influence, because it saved Murdoch from losing control of the company during a takeover attempt in 2005 by John Malone of the ironically named “Liberty Media.” Also, the avowed financial backing of the Saudis very much discourages future takeover attempts. If Fox News had fully reported ugly truth about Obama’s cult-like hateful religious belief and hammered it home, Obama would never have been elected president. This nephew of the King of Saudi Arabia helped Obama via his adviser to gain admission to Harvard. This is the same Saudi prince, who donated $10 million to New York City after 9/11 and had the offer rejected by Mayor Giuliani, because he wanted to assign blame to America for the terrorist attacks and resulting deaths of 3,000 American citizens. It has been suggested that Al-Waleed’s influence at Harvard contributed to Obama’s being named editor of the Harvard Law Review. Al-Waleed donated $20 million dollars to Harvard to found the “Prince Al-Waleed Bin Talal Islamic Studies Program” there in 2006.

Fox News is controlled by Al-Waleed bin Talal, working with Rupert Murdoch, also foreign-born, as a partner. They have no loyalty to America. To them, America is just another place to park their private jumbo jets.

This is a chart of the price of oil over the last 25 years. The price of oil peaked ironically on July 3, 2008 at more than $140 per barrel — just four months before the election — and voilà! — the choice of the Saudis is elected president. Though the US was already much overburdened with massive debt, this sharp peak in oil prices was the immediate cause of the banking crisis and the economy to tank just before the election. Obama pulled ahead in the polls and won the election by a couple of percentage points due to this price-of-oil-induced financial crisis. (Click on the image for a larger view.) Saudi Arabia is the swing producer in OPEC and controls the price of oil over the short term by adjusting its production level.

Obama thanks the dictator of Saudi Arabia for his support in obtaining the presidency, assuming a posture of submission. Now, it is perhaps clear why he kowtowed to the absolute monarch of Saudi Arabia. If the price of oil had not spiked just a couple of months before the election, he would never have become president.

The doctrine of Obama’s sect in Chicago, based on Black Liberation Theology, holds that the black race has a divine mission to destroy America, white society and the traditional church. This is quite compatible with the thinking of the Saudi dictator. Obama is owned by the Saudis and Fox News is ultimately controlled by the Saudis. Fox spends a lot of time reporting on radical Muslims, just not the one, who owns them.

The current so-called “democratic” revolutions in the Middle East may result in the formation of a new Caliphate, a global kingdom for all of Islam. This would be a totalitarian Islamic superstate, possessing nuclear weapons and controlled by terrorists. Saudi Arabia would be the natural seat for a new Caliphate. The Obama administration has been supporting and even instigating the overthrow of the old regimes throughout the Middle East.

Obama is a grave danger for the survival of our constitutional freedoms and even survival of the American Republic. It is also a very serious threat that we no longer have a truly free media in America. Fox News has a huge influence on the rest of the so-called conservative media as well as conservative politicians, who much covet and scramble to get face time on Fox News to reach the conservative voting public. Major conservative politicians can not be elected now, without figuratively kissing the ring of the Saudi dictator, so to speak, just like Obama did. This is a sad time in America. Our subjugation is nearly complete, due to our addiction to foreign oil. We need a tax on imported oil to help us regain our freedom from foreign influence in our elections, foreign control of our media and foreign ownership of the Republican Party.

* A President who wants to cancel all missile defenses while rogue nations are developing long-range ballistic missiles.

* An American President who blames the violence in Mexico on America.

B. Hussein Obama, Fraud:

Dear Leader is a liar. B. Hussein Obama is a fraud. His lies are coming undone and the wheels are falling off of his shiny, Communist-made wagon. We all know Obama lies, we have seen him, heard him and read his lies, as reported fact, by the state run media. But, now the stories are unraveling and the truth is being told. It is just being told online, because the state run media made him into a messiah and they will not let him come undone, not yet, not while America is still standing and hasn’t been completely destroyed. On the other hand, I will rip away at the cover and expose the man-child as the fraud he is.

The anointed one, the ‘smartest president ever’ is a mere cardboard cut out, caricature of a man. We all know Obama won’t release his birth certificate.

We know he was not a professor or Constitutional scholar. Well, we know it now.

B. Hussein Obama was an instructor, a lecturer, not a professor. The professors, the real professors disliked the man-child and did not want him around. Chicago law school faculty have described Obama as ‘lazy, unqualified, never attending meetings and using his politically appointed position as a mere stepping stone’.

Barry applied for a position as adjunct professor and was never considered for it.

However, a few weeks later the Board of Trustees called the law school and told them ‘find him an office, put him on the payroll and find a class for him to teach’.

Professor(s) described him as having ‘the lowest intellect’ in the building. It is doubted that Obama was the editor of the Harvard Law Review.

Obama’s fraudulent past exposed:

Was he the editor of the Harvard Law Review: If so, he was the first editor of an Ivy League Law Review to never publish an article in the journal he allegedly edited.

B. Hussein Obama, the alleged former editor of the Harvard Law Review: Has not been an attorney since 2008 when he surrendered his law license to escape fraud charges.

Charges against B. Hussein Obama: Knowingly making a misstatement of material fact in applying for his license. Committing a criminal act that reflects poorly upon his fitness to practice law. Conduct involving dishonesty, deceit, fraud and misrepresentation. Engaging in prejudicial activity. Engaging in activity that brings the courts into disrepute.

Constitutional Law Professor: Not exactly. The Chicago Sun Times reports that Obama wasn’t even a professor, he was an occasional lecturer.

University of Chicago Law School: In 2008 they released a statement calling Obama a law professor, then a spokesman confirmed he was a part time lecturer.

Former Lecturer: Obama, the former lecturer, during his State of the Union Address quoted from the Constitution he professes to have taught, except the quote was from the Declaration of Independence.

State of the Union Address: The Liar in Chief scolded the Supreme Court for a case, giving an example of how they blew it, except the example was “not true”. He also managed to call our “unalienable rights” ‘notions’ and ‘promises’.

When you are a fraud, it is hard to keep the facts straight.

Obama, the most “transparent” president ever (just ask him, he will tell you), ordered his bar records redacted, leaving a mere trace record of him. The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission has been wiped clean as well.

First Lady, Michelle Obama “voluntarily surrendered” her law license in 1993. Voluntarily surrendering ones license is something that is typically done in exchange for whatever wrong doing you are about to be found guilty of, being dropped. Bill Clinton “voluntarily surrendered” his law license too, right before it was taken from him.

So, we have a president who lied about his being editor, lied about his being a professor and Constitutional professor, lied during the State of the Union Address, and surrendered his law license after being charged with serious offenses and major character flaws.

Combine this with his unwillingness to release his transcripts, despite John Kerry releasing his transcripts, filled with “D’s” and Obama’s campaign website, which contained his ‘resume’ for the position of president, which only listed five dates of notoriety, one of which is his birth date and a portrait of a serial liar, fraud and unethical person emerges.

B. Hussein Obama has violated the law, the Constitution and his oath of office in incidents too many to list. He has lied to Congress, the Supreme Court, and the American people.

Obama has appointed people to positions of power within the White House, without having them approved by the Senate. What laws he has not broken, he has circumvented, up to and including the health care bill.

The legislative and executive branch of the government are to remain separate.

Impeach Obama now. Do not wait. Every day that passes and articles of impeachment are not filed against B. Hussein Obama is a day each member of the House of Representatives is in violation of their oath of office.

George Soros is an evil man. He's anti-God, anti-family, anti-American, and anti-good." He killed and robbed his own Jewish people. What we have in Soros, is a multi-billionaire atheist, with skewed moral values, and a sociopath's lack of conscience. He considers himself to be an elitist World class philosopher, despises the American way, and just loves to do social engineering and change cultures.

György Schwartz, better known to the world as George Soros, was born August 12, 1930 in Hungary . Soros' father, Tivadar, was a fervent practitioner of the Esperanto language invented in 1887, and designed to be the first global language, free of any national identity. The Schwartz's, who were non-practicing Jews, changed the family name to Soros, in order to facilitate assimilation into the Gentile population, as the Nazis spread into Hungary during the 1930s

When Hitler's henchman Adolf Eichmann arrived in Hungary , to oversee the murder of that country's Jews, George Soros ended up with a man whose job was confiscating property from the Jewish population. Soros went with him on his rounds.

Soros has repeatedly called 1944 "the best year of his life." 70% of Mr. Soros's fellow Jews in Hungary, nearly a half-million human beings, were annihilated in that year, yet he gives no sign that this put any damper on his elation, either at the time or indeed in retrospect" During an interview with "Sixty Minute's" Steve Kroft, Soros was asked about his "best year."

KROFT: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted godson. SOROS: Yes. Yes.

KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from your fellow Jews, friends and neighbors. SOROS: Yes. That's right. Yes.

KROFT: I mean, that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many, years. Was it difficult?

SOROS: No, not at all. Not at all, I rather enjoyed it..

KROFT: No feelings of guilt?

SOROS: No, only feelings of absolute power.

In his article, Muravchik describes how Soros has admitted to having carried some rather "potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble." Be that as it may. After WWII, Soros attended the London School of Economics, where he fell under the thrall of fellow atheist and Hungarian, Karl Popper, one of his professors. Popper was a mentor to Soros until Popper's death in 1994. Two of Popper's most influential teachings concerned "the open society," and Fallibilism.

Fallibilism is the philosophical doctrine that all claims of knowledge could, in principle, be mistaken. (Then again, I could be wrong about that.) The "open society" basically refers to a "test and evaluate" approach to social engineering. Regarding "open society" Roy Childs writes, "Since the Second World War, most of the Western democracies have followed Popper's advice about piecemeal social engineering and democratic social reform, and it has gotten them into a grand mess."

In 1956 Soros moved to New York City , where he worked on Wall Street, and started amassing his fortune. He specialized in hedge funds and currency speculation. Soros is absolutely ruthless, amoral, and clever in his business dealings, and quickly made his fortune. By the 1980s he was well on his way to becoming the global powerhouse that he is today.

In an article Kyle-Anne Shiver wrote for "The American Thinker" she says, "Soros made his first billion in 1992 by shorting the British pound with leveraged billions in financial bets, and became known as the man who broke the Bank of England . He broke it on the backs of hard-working British citizens who immediately saw their homes severely devalued and their life savings cut drastically, almost overnight."

In 1994 Soros crowed in "The New Republic ," that "the former Soviet Empire is now called the Soros Empire." The Russia-gate scandal in 1999, which almost collapsed the Russian economy, was labeled by Rep. Jim Leach, then head of the House Banking Committee, to be "one of the greatest social robberies in human history. "The "Soros Empire" indeed. In 1997 Soros almost destroyed the economies of Thailand and Malaysia . At the time, Malaysia 's Prime Minister, Mahathir Mohammad, called Soros "a = villain, and a moron." Thai activist Weng Tojirakarn said, "We regard George Soros as a kind of Dracula. He sucks the blood from the people."

The website Greek National Pride reports, "Soros was part of the full court press that dismantled Yugoslavia and caused trouble in Georgia , Ukraine and Myanmar [Burma] Calling himself a philanthropist, Soros' role is to tighten the ideological stranglehold of globalization and the New World Order while promoting his own financial gain.. He is without conscience; a capitalist who functions with absolute amorality."

France has upheld an earlier conviction against Soros, for felony insider trading. Soros was fined 2.9 million dollars. Recently, his native Hungary fined Soros 2.2 million dollars for "illegal market manipulation." Elizabeth Crum writes that the Hungarian economy has been in a state of transition as the country seeks to become more financially stable and westernized. Soros deliberately driving down the share price of its largest bank put Hungary 's economy into a wicked tailspin, one from which it is still trying to recover.

My point here is that Soros is a planetary parasite. His grasp, greed, and gluttony have a global reach. But what about America ? Soros told Australia 's national newspaper "The Australian." " America , as the centre of the globalised financial markets, was sucking up the savings of the world. This is now over. The game is out," he said, adding that the time has come for "a very serious adjustment" in American's consumption habits. He implied that he was the one with the power to bring this about."

Soros: "World financial crisis was "stimulating" and "in a way, the culmination of my life's work."

Obama has recently promised 10 billion of our tax dollars to Brazil , in order to give them a leg-up in expanding their offshore oil fields. Obama's largesse towards Brazil came shortly after his political financial backer, George Soros, invested heavily in Brazilian oil (Pet rob ras).

Tait Trussel writes, "The Pet rob ras loan may be a windfall for Soros and Brazil , but it is a bad deal for the U. S. The American Petroleum Institute estimates that oil exploration in the U S could create 160,000 new, well-paying jobs, as well as $1.7 trillion in revenues to federal, state, and local governments, all while fostering greater energy security and independence."

Back to America . Soros has been actively working to destroy America from the inside out for some years now. People have been warning us. Two years ago, news sources reported that "Soros [is] an extremist who wants open borders, a one-world foreign policy, legalized drugs, euthanasia, and on and on. This is off-the-chart dangerous."\\ In 1997 Rachel Ehrenfeld wrote, "Soros uses his philanthropy to change or more accurately deconstruct the moral values and attitudes of the Western world, and particularly of the American people. His "open society" is not about freedom; it is about license. His vision rejects the notion of ordered liberty, in favor of a PROGRESSIVE ideology of rights and entitlements."

Perhaps the most important of these "whistle blowers" are David Horowitz and Richard Poe. Their book "The Shadow Party" outlines in detail how Soros hijacked the Democratic Party, and now owns it lock, stock, and barrel. Soros has been packing the Democratic Party with radicals, and ousting moderate Democrats for years. The Shadow Party became the Shadow Government, which recently became the Obama Administration.

Discover The Networks. org (another good source) writes, "By his [Soros'] own admission, he helped engineer coups in Slovakia , Croatia , Georgia , and Yugoslavia . When Soros targets a country for "regime change," he begins by creating a shadow government, a fully formed government-in-exile, ready to assume power when the opportunity arises. The Shadow Party he has built in America greatly resembles those he has created in other countries prior to instigating a coup."

November 2008 edition of the German magazine "Der Spiegel," in which Soros gives his opinion on what the next POTUS (President of the U. S. ) should do after taking office. "I think we need a large stimulus package." Soros thought that around 600 billion would be about right. Soros also said that "I think Obama presents us a great opportunity to finally deal with global warming and energy dependence. The U. S. needs a cap and trade system with auctioning of licenses for emissions rights."

Although Soros doesn't (yet) own the Republican Party, like he does the Democrats, make no mistake, his tentacles are spread throughout the Republican Party as well.

Soros is a partner in the Carlyle Group where he has invested more than 100 million dollars. According to an article by "The Baltimore Chronicle's" Alice Cherbonnier, the Carlye Group is run by "a veritable who's who of former Republican leaders," from CIA man Frank Carlucci, to CIA head and ex-President George Bush, Sr.

In late 2006, Soros bought about 2 million shares of Halliburton, Dick Cheney's old stomping grounds. When the Democrats and Republicans held their conventions in 2000, Soros held Shadow Party conventions in the same cities, at the same time. In 2008, Soros donated $5,000,000,000 ( that’s Five Billion ) to the Democratic National Committee, DNC, to insure Obama's win and wins for many other Alinsky trained Radical Rules Anti-American Socialist. George has been contributing a $ billion plus to the DNC since Clinton came on the scene.

Soros has dirtied both sides of the aisle, trust me. And if that weren't bad enough, he has long held connections with the CIA. And I mustn't forget to mention Soros' involvement with the MSM (Main Stream Media), the entertainment industry (e. g. he owns 2.6 million shares of Time Warner), and the various political advertising organizations he funnels millions to.

 

In short, George Soros controls or influences most of the MSM, no wonder they ignore the TEA PARTY, Soro's NEMESIS.

As Matthew Vadum writes, "The liberal billionaire-turned-philanthropist has been buying up media properties for years in order to drive home his message to the American public that they are too materialistic, too wasteful, too selfish, and too stupid to decide for themselves how to run their own lives."

Richard Poe writes, "Soros' private philanthropy, totaling nearly $5 billion, continues undermining America 's traditional Western values. His giving has provided funding of abortion rights, atheism, drug legalization, sex education, euthanasia, feminism, gun control, globalization, mass immigration, gay marriage and other radical experiments in social engineering."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ‘Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device Act’. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON TRANSFER OR POSSESSION OF LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICES. (a) Definition- Section 921(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after paragraph (29) the following: ‘(30) The term ‘large capacity ammunition feeding device’-- ‘(A) means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition; but ‘(B) does not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition.’. (b) Prohibitions- Section 922 of such title is amended by inserting after subsection (u) the following: ‘(v)(1)(A)(i) Except as provided in clause (ii), it shall be unlawful for a person to transfer or possess a large capacity ammunition feeding device. ‘(ii) Clause (i) shall not apply to the possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device otherwise lawfully possessed within the United States on or before the date of the enactment of this subsection. ‘(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to import or bring into the United States a large capacity ammunition feeding device. ‘(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to-- ‘(A) a manufacture for, transfer to, or possession by the United States or a department or agency of the United States or a State or a department, agency, or political subdivision of a State, or a transfer to or possession by a law enforcement officer employed by such an entity for purposes of law enforcement (whether on or off duty); ‘(B) a transfer to a licensee under title I of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 for purposes of establishing and maintaining an on-site physical protection system and security organization required by Federal law, or possession by an employee or contractor of such a licensee on-site for such purposes or off-site for purposes of licensee-authorized training or transportation of nuclear materials; ‘(C) the possession, by an individual who is retired from service with a law enforcement agency and is not otherwise prohibited from receiving ammunition, of a large capacity ammunition feeding device transferred to the individual by the agency upon that retirement; or ‘(D) a manufacture, transfer, or possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device by a licensed manufacturer or licensed importer for the purposes of testing or experimentation authorized by the Attorney General.’. (c) Penalties- Section 924(a) of such title is amended by adding at the end the following: ‘(8) Whoever knowingly violates section 922(v) shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.’. (d) Identification Markings- Section 923(i) of such title is amended by adding at the end the following: ‘A large capacity ammunition feeding device manufactured after the date of the enactment of this sentence shall be identified by a serial number that clearly shows that the device was manufactured after such date of enactment, and such other identification as the Attorney General may by regulation prescribe.’.

Dear Mr. President:

I write to urge you to review enforcement of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA) provision, 18 U.S. Code Section 925(d)(3), which prohibits the importation of firearms except those that are “generally recognized as particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes.” Previous Administrations have used this authority to limit the importation of military-style assault firearms, and it could once again be a helpful tool in preventing the gun trafficking that is fueling the horrific gun violence in Mexico, the Southwest border region, and many cities and towns across our nation.

Since December 2006, more than 30,000 people have been killed in Mexico in drug-related violence. Every day, there are reports of ruthless and brutal gun murders as Mexican drug trafficking organizations (DTOs) fight for control of smuggling routes and terrorize anyone who might get in their way. The DTOs have killed mayors, judges, and other officials who have tried to stop the carnage. They have even targeted young people, murdering 14 teenagers at a birthday party in Ciudad Juarez in October of last year.

Regrettably, firearms trafficked from the United States help fuel the violence in Mexico. Of the firearms recovered by the Government of Mexico and traced through ATF in the past 4 years, more than 50,000 were manufactured in, or imported into, the United States prior to being recovered in Mexico. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and other federal, state and local law enforcement are working to stop this gun trafficking and related violence, but they need additional help. The Administration recently took an important step forward with ATF’s initiative to collect information on multiple sales of semi-automatic assault rifles from Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) in California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. I applaud you for this initiative. However, much more must be done.

Under the GCA, the Administration has the authority to prohibit the importation of non-sporting firearms. In 1989, in response to growing drug gang violence, the ATF under President George H.W. Bush denied applications to import a series of semiautomatic rifles that it found were designed and intended to be particularly suitable for combat rather than sporting applications. Similarly, in 1997, President Clinton used this authority and ordered ATF to conduct an expedited review to determine whether modified semiautomatic assault-type rifles were properly importable under the statutory sporting purposes test. In April 1998, ATF determined that rifles with the ability to accept a detachable large capacity military magazine “are not generally recognized as particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes and are therefore not importable.”

Since the Clinton Administration’s efforts, the GCA’s prohibition against non-sporting firearms has not been aggressively enforced, and many military-style, non-sporting rifles have flowed into the United States civilian market. Some of the rifles are cheap AK-type variants from former Eastern bloc countries, while others are more expensive, high-tech weapons. All of them, however, share military-style characteristics that should make them ineligible for import. Furthermore, it appears that some importers are bringing in rifle parts and reassembling them with a small number of domestically manufactured components. This practice has gone unchecked, despite Section 922 (r) of the GCA, which prohibits using imported parts to assemble any semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun which is identical to any rifle or shotgun prohibited from importation under 18 U.S. Code Section 925(d)(3).

I urge you to review enforcement of the GCA and take any regulatory steps necessary to stop the both the importation of all military-style, non-sporting firearms, and the assembly of those firearms from imported parts. We must ensure that law enforcement has all the necessary resources and tools needed to stop the gun violence that is taking a deadly toll in Mexico and in our country. I look forward to working with you toward that goal. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

Did U.S. agency smuggle guns to Mexico to justify its budget?

The death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent north of Nogales, Ariz., on December 14, 2010 might turn out to be the death knell for the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, or ATF.

Allegations have surfaced suggesting that one of the guns used by Mexican bandits during the firefight in which Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed might have been smuggled into Mexico with the knowing assistance of ATF officials. If these allegations prove to be true, it is quite possible that the long troubled agency could be dismantled. Even if there proves to be no connection with Agent Terry's death, the scrutiny generated by an investigation could crash the agency.

There are actually four separate but connected accusations against ATF officials: First, that they intentionally arranged to have hundreds of firearms "walked" across the U.S. border into Mexico. Second, that they instructed U.S. gun dealers to proceed with questionable and illegal sales of firearms to suspected gunrunners. Third, that they intentionally withheld information about U.S.-sanctioned gun smuggling from the Mexican government. Fourth, that one of the guns ATF allowed or helped to be smuggled into Mexico was involved in the death of Agent Terry.

The accusations first arose on an ATF insider Internet forum called www.CleanUpATF.org, where suggestions of these possible misdeeds were characterized as rumors, speculation and "word on the street."

The forum is a gathering place for disgruntled ATF employees frustrated with ATF management and aimed at rooting out waste, fraud, abuse and managerial malfeasance.

After the initial rumors were picked up by Internet blogger Mike Vanderboegh of SipseyStreetIrregulars.blogspot.com and David Codrea of WaronGuns.blogspot.com and Examiner news, more information began trickling out, and Codrea and Vanderboegh began receiving independent and credible corroboration of the rumors.

At this point the two claim that there are government employees prepared to step forward with personal knowledge and documentation to prove some or all of the accusations, but that the whistleblowers fear reprisals and are seeking official protection from someone in Congress before turning over their information. So far members of Congress are running in the opposite direction.

The ATF has a long history of abuse, overreaching, show-boating and deception. Repeated examples of botched raids, raids on wrong addresses, bad shootings and wrongful prosecutions were brought out in congressional testimony in the late 1970s, garnering the agency rebukes and budget cuts from outraged members of Congress.

Accusations of individual agent abusiveness and managerial incompetence continued through the '80s and '90s. In 1992 ATF initiated the tragedy at Ruby Ridge in which Randy Weaver's wife Vicki and 14-year old son Sammy were killed by federal agents and Weaver and his friend Kevin Harris were both seriously wounded. A Federal Marshall was also killed – all over an ATF accusation that Weaver had sold an informant two shotguns with barrels a quarter-inch shorter than the law allows.

It was also ATF that instigated the assault on the Branch Davidian Church outside Waco, Texas, in 1993, which resulted in the deaths of 4 ATF agents and some 82 men, women and children. These two incidents were later identified as the primary impetus for the 1995 terrorist bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

In recent years ATF has engaged in high-profile, expensive and notably fruitless sting operations against the Hell's Angels and other "outlaw" motorcycle clubs; and most recently they have been in the spotlight as federal officials including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Attorney General Eric Holder and President Barack Obama have claimed that over 90 percent of Mexican crime guns were illegally trafficked into Mexico from the U.S. That over-inflated hyperbole led to the creation of Project Gunrunner, an ATF-led initiative that was supposed to reduce arms trafficking across the border.

Last year the Justice Department Inspector General's office issued a scathing report declaring Project Gunrunner a dismal failure. ATF responded by requesting more money and manpower to beef up the project and backed up the requests with new, better-supported statistics.

Speculation abounds that the alleged funneling of guns into Mexico by ATF (dubbed "Project Gunwalker") was done to bolster trace numbers specifically to justify bigger budgets for Project Gunrunner and/or to lend credibility to informants attempting to infiltrate gun smuggling operations.

Whatever the objectives, if the allegations prove to be true, ATF is not likely to survive. The agency has been without a confirmed director for over 6 years. Their explosives operations are already being absorbed by the FBI, and there have been other takeover rumbles from the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The charges of concealing the smuggling operation from Mexican officials extend up to the highest levels of ATF leaving no place for officials to hide.

At this point everything hinges on whether some member of Congress will step up and offer protection to the whistleblowers so the facts can be brought out into the open.

This article would suggest Andrew Traver is completely unacceptable as Director of ATF:

• Requiring that all gun sales take place through Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders with mandatory background checks
• Enacting an effective ban on military-style assault weapons, armor-piercing handgun ammunition, .50 caliber sniper rifles and other weapons that enable criminals to outgun law enforcement
• Repealing the Tiahrt Amendment, which hinders investigation of illegal gun trafficking
• Destroying guns that come into police possession once their law enforcement use has ended
• Mandating safe storage of firearms by private citizens and providing safe facilities where gun owners can store their weapons
• Mandating reporting of lost and stolen firearms
• Develop a best practices protocol for voluntary gun surrender programs
• Congress should restore funding for the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program for state, local and tribal agencies to investigate and prosecute cases of gun trafficking and gun violence
• The federal government should increase funding to ATF for personnel and technical assistance to combat gun violence
• Congress should enact legislation to allow federal health and safety oversight of the firearms industry

It’s Official – The FCC Will Vote to Take Over the Internet after December 15, 2010 meeting

Just recently, we warned you that a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) December Internet power grab was probably coming.

Well, we now know that it is – and it may be even worse than we thought.

Details have been sketchy, and successive reports often contradictory, but what follows is what seems to be looming over us in December.  (We will know for sure on Wednesday, November 24 – if the FCC maintains its current December 15 meeting date  NOW MOVED to Dec. 21st.)

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski appears to be preparing to dramatically increase the FCC’s regulatory role over the Internet (in TWO ways; more on that later).

He is doing so without the necessary Congressional authority – which he himself acknowledges he doesn’t have.  And he is doing so by torturing and twisting the regulatory language he is drafting – so as to keep this extraordinary dictatorial seizure within the current Title I confines.

The latter is for The Chairman merely an optical effort.  If he can feign the appearance of remaining within Title I, he avoids Reclassification to Title II – against which many of us have long been rightly fighting.  He will then portray his fealty to Title I as testament to the alleged “moderation” of his (un)modest proposal.

This will be a totally bogus assertion, but he will make it – and the media will inparrot-esque fashion repeat it.  The Chairman should bring crackers to the press conference.

 

Free Press and the Media Marxists – who have long cried for Title II Reclassification – will on cue rail against The Chairman’s “sell-out.”  This will further “bolster” his claim that he has found the magical, mystical Third Way – winding a path between the leftist Open Internet absolutists and the evil telecom companies.

The Chairman should also bring nuts to the press conference – in case Free Press & Co. show up.

(An aside: How are the telecom companies “evil” – when they have invested hundreds of dollars in building the Internet infrastructure?  Which has resulted in the free speech, free market Web Xanadu we consumers all currently enjoy.  Free Press and the Media Marxists haven’t invested a dime – yet they somehow successfully lay claim to the mantle of “consumer advocates.”)

Of course, this attempted sleight of regulatory hand does not get The Chairman past one glaring problem – the D.C. Circuit Court has already unanimously ruled that the FCC doesn’t have the authority to regulate the Internet under Title I – at least as far as enforcing Network Neutrality is concerned.  (Which is why Free Press & Co. have been clamoring for Title II Reclassification.)

And Net Neutrality is why The Chairman has engaged in – and forced us all to endure- this one year-plus kabuki dance.  Testimonium – The Chairman now looks poised to have the FCC again attempt to enforce Net Neutrality – under his now stretched-beyond-all-recognition Title I.  What a short, selective memory he has.

And most economically destructive of all – it appears The Chairman will try to impose Net Neutrality not just on wired broadband Internet service – but on wireless “smart phones” as well.

This would be a titanic overreach by The Chairman – and an immense blow to the economy.  The uncertainty caused just by The Chairman’s prolonged flirtation with the Media Marxists and their ridiculous Internet notions has already cost us billions of dollars in private sector Web investment.

The cost in investment dollars and jobs lost when Net Neutrality is actually imposed will be cataclysmic.

These aren’t the fake “saved or created” jobs of the alleged “stimulus” – these are very real jobs denied or destroyed by the ridiculous and ridiculously damaging Net Neutrality.  Imposed by an FCC and its Chairman who know in advance that they do not have the authority to do so.

What will follow will be years of litigation forced upon us by The Chairman – to undo what he knew beforehand he didn’t have the authority to do.

What will follow will be years of diminished and diminishing Web capacity, caused by an absurd policy wrongfully jammed down our throats by a dictatorial, rogue Executive Branch Commission.

What will follow will be years of stagnant or declining job growth, as investment capital rightly flees a regulation-constricted Internet which is no longer amenable to free market success.

What will follow this essay may very well determine the free market, free speech future of the Internet – are you ready to place some calls and send some emails and faxes to protest this preposterous policy proposal and demand that it never be enacted?

A chilling report from Russia's Foreign Military Intelligence Directorate (GRU) prepared for Prime Minister Putin warns today that United States President Barack Obama has had served on 14 US Governors National Security Letters (NSLs) warning that if their actions in attempting to form what are called State Defense Forces are not halted they will face “immediate” arrest for the crime of treason.

The use of NSLs in the United States was authorized by the Patriot Act law enacted after the September 11, 2001 attacks and forbids anyone receiving them from even acknowledging their existence, and was reauthorized by Obama’s “rubberstamp” Congress this past February over the objections of both civil and human rights groups who warned they mimic similar type “government security notices” enacted under both the former German Nazi and Soviet Communist regimes.

To the issue angering Obama against these State Governors, this report continues, is their attempt to reestablish what are called State Defense Forces which are described as follows:

“State Defense Forces (SDF) (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, or State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States.

State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.

The federal government recognizes State Defense Forces under 32 U.S.C. § 109 which provides that State Defense Forces as a whole may not be called, ordered, or drafted into the Armed Forces of the United States, thus preserving their separation from the National Guard.”

Important to note is that Obama, as President of the United States is also its most powerful military leader known by the term of Commander in Chief, and is authorized by the Militia Act of 1903 to federalize his individual States National Guard Forces putting them under his command, something he does not have the power to do with State Defense Forces.

Obama’s fear of these State Defense Forces, this report says, rests with his not having power over them, and with the bulk of the US Military Forces he does control being stretched to near breaking with the ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan would leave these State military forces under the control of these Governors in “defacto control” of the United States.

The two US Governors spearheading this rebellion against Obama, this report states, are the Republican opposition party Governors of Minnesota, Tim Pawlenty and Texas, Rick Perry; both of whom have a deep fear their President is destroying their Nation.

Governor Pawlenty’s fear of Obama is that since he took office he has appeased America’s enemies while at the same time shunning some of America’s most stalwart allies, especially Israel.  Governor Pawlenty recently castigated Obama for abandoning the US missile defense plan for Europe by saying, “The lessons of history are clear: Appeasement and weakness did not stop the Nazis, did not stop the Soviets, and did not stop the terrorists before 9/11. We must stand strong with allies like Israel and eastern Europe in the face of growing challenges to our national security.”

Governor Perry has blasted Obama and warned his fellow Texans that the President is “hell bent on socialism” and is punishing his State by dumping tens-of-thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants into their cities and small towns. Governor Perry further warned Texans that that if “Barack Obama’s Washington doesn’t stop being so oppressive, Texans might feel compelled to renounce their American citizenry and secede from the union.”

Note: Following the end of the Civil War the rights of the individual US States to succeed from the Union was heard by their Supreme Court in a case called Texas v. White (1869) and who ruled that the Constitution did not permit States to secede from the United States, and that the ordinances of secession, and all the acts of the legislatures within seceding States intended to give effect to such ordinances, were “absolutely null”. However, the decision did allow some possibility of divisibility “through revolution, or through consent of the States.”

Obama, in fearing a revolution against him by the States, this report continues, has moved swiftly against them, including nationalizing nearly all National Guardlargest call up of troops since World War II.  Other reports coming from the United States are stating that Obama has also nationalized the National Guard forces in Georgia, Alabama, Kansas, and perhaps Texas too. Forces in Governor Pawlenty’s Minnesota in what is being described as their State’s

Though Obama may have taken from these dissident States their National Guard forces, the Governors of the States of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia still have under their sole command their State Defense Forces to go against US Federal forces.

Important to note in this report is its stating that there are no US laws prohibiting National Guard troops from also joining their State’s Defense Forces, but would create a dilemma for those soldiers should they be called to service by them both at the same time.  This dilemma occurred for many American soldiers during their Civil War with the great majority of them choosing to serve their States instead of the Federal Government.

To Governor Pawlenty’s fears of Obama appeasing America’s enemies, while at the same time harming its longstanding allies, their remains no doubt as during this past week alone he has put Israel’s security in grave danger by releasing previously classified US documents relating to their nuclear programme, while at the same time removing sanctions on Russian arms makers supplying Iran. And in a move that even Russian military analysts are calling “insane”, Obama this week said he has decided to pre-announce to the World once-secret American ballistic missile tests and satellite launches.

To Governor Perry’s fears of Obama socializing the United States their remains no doubt either, and as we can read as reported yesterday by the USA Today News Service:

“Paychecks from private business shrank to their smallest share of personal income in U.S. history during the first quarter of this year, a USA TODAY analysis of government data finds.

At the same time, government-provided benefits — from Social Security, unemployment insurance, food stamps and other programs — rose to a record high during the first three months of 2010.

Those records reflect a long-term trend accelerated by the recession and the federal stimulus program to counteract the downturn. The result is a major shift in the source of personal income from private wages to government programs.”

And in an even worse move against his own people who are still struggling to survive the growing Global economic collapse, new reports from the United States are stating that a “secret” programme found hidden in Obama’s socialist healthcare law called the Community Living Assistance Services and Support Act (CLASS Act) is about to take from them another $150-$250 a month from their paychecks forcing tens of millions more of them into abject poverty and debt slavery.

To the final outcome of these events it is not in our knowing, other than to remind these Americans of Dr. Igor Panarin’s 2008 prediction of the fate lying in store for them, and as we can read as reported by London’s Telegraph News Service in their article titled “US will collapse and break up, Russian analyst predicts”, and which says:

“Igor Panarin, a professor at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian foreign affairs ministry, said the economic turmoil in the US had confirmed his long-held belief that the country was heading for extinction in its present form.

In an interview with the Russian newspaper Izvestia, he outlined how the US would divide along ethnic and cultural lines.

They are: the Pacific coast with its growing Chinese population; the increasingly Hispanic South; independence-minded Texas; the Atlantic Coast; a central state with a large Native American population; and the northern states where – he maintains – Canadian influence is strong.

Alaska could be claimed by Russia, he said, claiming that the region was “only granted on lease, after all”.

He said the country’s break-up would be accelerated by rising unemployment and Americans losing their savings.

“The dollar isn’t secured by anything. The country’s foreign debt has grown like an avalanche; this is a pyramid, which has to collapse,” said Prof Panarin.”

And to those Americans believing they will be able to defend themselves against the fast approaching onslaught meant to destroy them they should think again, for even as these words are being written, Obama, through the United Nations, is preparing to disarm them all under the so called UN Treaty On Arms Control that he ordered his government to sign.

The late great American dissident comedian George Carlin once said, “It’s called the American Dream because you have to be asleep to believe it”….one can only hope these poor souls will awaken from their long slumber before all is lost.

Obama's 'Watergate' - Mostly Ignored and Under-Reported by the Obama-media!

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The CEO of a company whose employee is accused of improperly looking at the passport files of presidential candidates is a consultant to the Barack Obama campaign, a source said in March of 2008.

• Questions about Obama's citizenship remain in play.
• His seeming adoption by the Muslim Lolo Soetoro and his removal to Indonesia cloud the issue of nationality. Obama was, in fact, registered at school there as "Barry Soetoro," a "Muslim" and an Indonesian citizen.
• Contrary to rumor, Obama could have traveled to Pakistan on an American passport in 1981. Whether he did or not is another question. It was not until April 2008 at a San Francisco fundraiser that Obama casually let it be known that he had traveled to Pakistan at all. Curiously, he had not mentioned this trip in either of his two books or in any prior public discussion of Pakistan.
• Raising suspicions further was the fact that two weeks before the Pakistan admission, someone improperly accessed Obama's passport on three occasions and that someone worked for John Brennan at Analysis Corporation and many say Obama had Brennan REMOVE details of Obama's 1981 trip to Pakistan and India and subsequently rewarded Brennan, a former CIA operative then advising Obama, a lucrative appointment as Deputy National Security Advisor position in Barack Obama's Whitehouse administration for the 'Watergate-like' altering of Obama's passport files !!!

John O. Brennan, former president and CEO of the CIA-aligned Analysis Corp., advised Barack Obama in 2008 on foreign policy and intelligence issues, the source said.

Brennan briefed the media on behalf of the campaign in March of 2008.

The executive is a former senior CIA official and former interim director of the National Counterterrorism Center.

He contributed $2,300 to the Obama campaign in January of 2008.

When asked about the contribution, a State Department official told CNN's Zain Verjee, "We ethically awarded contracts. Political affiliation is not one of the factors that we check."(yeah, right...)

On Friday, the department revealed that Obama's passport file was improperly accessed three times this year, and the security of passport files of the two other major presidential candidates -- Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican John McCain -- had also been breached. Three contract employees are accused in the wrongdoing, including the one who works for Analysis Corp. and who was disciplined. That contract employee accessed McCain's file in addition to Obama's. None of the contract employees was identified. Learn more about the companies involved »

The other two contract employees worked for Stanley Inc. They were fired.

The Washington Times, which broke the story in March of 2008 that Obama's records had been improperly accessed, reported Saturday that the State Department inquiry is focusing on the Analysis Corp. employee. Also, the investigation by the department's inspector general will include polygraph tests for supervisors in the passport section to find out whether there was any political motive.

The department spokesman said Saturday that he would not comment on whether the department was administering polygraphs to employees in connection with the investigation.

"While this is a rare occurrence, we regret the unauthorized access of any individual's private information," the company said Friday in a statement.

Stanley has had contracts with the department since 1992 and was recently awarded a $570 million contract to continue providing support for passport processing. Its CEO, Philip Nolan, contributed $1,000 to the Clinton campaign. Watch how contractor execs are linked to campaigns »

The department official said the three contract employees worked in three offices in the Washington area. One office does consular work and visas on evenings, holidays, weekends and overnights; another office issues passports; the third office scans and files materials.

The source said there has been no problem in the past with the Analysis Corp. employee, who has "extensive" experience. The worker has been with the company for years and has always worked under a State Department contract.

Explaining that the department had "complimented" this person for work in the past, the source said the individual is considered a "terrific" employee, except for this one instance, characterized as an "aberration."

The department asked the Analysis Corp. not to take any administrative action against the employee while the investigation is under way.

On Friday, the company released a statement saying it would fully cooperate with the federal investigation. The source said the Analysis Corp. has told the employee to do the same.

Echoing the State Department spokesman Friday, this source said there is no indication the motivation was anything but curiosity.

The source said Analysis Corp. learned of its employee's actions from the State Department on Friday morning. In its statement, Analysis Corp. confirmed that one of the accused was an employee and called the incident "isolated."

Georgian recalls rooming with Michelle Obama

Catherine Donnelly shopped at Kmart, settled into her dorm room and soaked up the Gothic stone buildings where, over the next four years, she would grow into her own woman.

But her first day at Princeton held a surprise, too. And Donnelly knew it would mean confronting the past.

She walked into the historic Nassau Inn that evening and delivered the news to her mother, Alice Brown. "I was horrified," recalled Brown, who had driven her daughter up from New Orleans. Brown stormed down to the campus housing office and demanded Donnelly be moved to another room.

The reason: One of her roommates was black.

"I told them we weren't used to living with black people — Catherine is from the South," Brown said. "They probably thought I was crazy."

Today both Donnelly, an Atlanta attorney, and Brown, a retired schoolteacher living in the North Carolina mountains, look back at that time with regret. Like many Americans, they've built new perceptions of race on top of a foundation cracked by prejudices past — and present. Yet they rarely speak of the subject.

Barack Obama's run for president changed that. When the Democratic senator from Illinois invited more dialogue on race last month, Donnelly and Brown, both lifetime Republicans, were ready.

But their willingness to talk isn't a response to the candidate born to a white woman from Kansas and a black man from Kenya. It's more about Obama's wife, Michelle.

She's that roommate from a quarter century ago.

Shock to the stereotype

The acceptance letter from the Ivy Leagues was really the culmination of two peoples' hard work. "My mother was thrilled," Donnelly jokes, that she got into Princeton.

Divorced and living paycheck to paycheck, Brown found a way to get her only child into New Orleans' elite Isidore Newman School: She taught 8th-grade science there. They were a mother-and-daughter team, then with the surname Rodrigue.

Donnelly, now 44, captained the basketball and volleyball teams. She was the homecoming queen. And she racked up science and math awards, often with the help of her mother.

But the "Three R's" weren't the only thing Donnelly learned from an early age. There was a fourth one. Her mother and grandmother filled her head with racist stereotypes, portraying African-Americans as prone to crime, uneducated and, at times, people to be feared.

Brown, 71, explains that she was raised to think that way. She recalls hearing her grandfather, a sheriff in the North Carolina mountains, brag about running black visitors out of the county before nightfall. And Brown's parents held on to the n-word like a family heirloom.

In fact, upon learning that her daughter had a black roommate at Princeton, Brown's first call was to her own mother. Her suggestion: yank Donnelly out of school.

Girl was likable, but black

The fourth-floor room had three beds, three desks and space for little else. The ceiling sloped in concert with the roof, creating a cramped perch atop the upper crust of American education.

Quick-witted and nearly 6 feet tall, Michelle Robinson had no problem filling the room, Donnelly recalls. The future Michelle Obama, from Chicago's Southside, would playfully tease the third roommate, who was white. Obama's long fingers still narrate stories in Donnelly's mind. "From the minute we met," she says, "I liked her."

Donnelly doesn't think Obama ever picked up on her mother's behind-the-scenes maneuvering. She remembers nothing but friendly words. Only now, looking back, does she see the wall between them.

Donnelly was surprised to find something familiar – segregation – alive and well on a prestigious campus in the Northeast. The university's private eating clubs, host to frat-style parties, were largely white. The social scene for many minority students, including Obama, revolved around an activity building called the Third World Center.

When Obama began hanging out with other black students on campus, Donnelly never thought to join them. "Here was a really smart black woman who I found charming, interesting and funny," Donnelly says with disappointment. "Just by virtue of having different color skin, we weren't going to be friends."

Other than confirming that Donnelly was her freshman roommate, Michelle Obama declined, through a campaign spokeswoman, to comment for this story. Her senior thesis, however, delved into the experience of black alumni at Princeton and provides some insight into her mind-set at the time.

In the introduction, Obama wrote that Princeton made her more aware of her "Blackness" than ever before. "No matter how liberal and open-minded some of my White professors and classmates try to be toward me, I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really don't belong," she wrote. "Regardless of the circumstances under which I interact with Whites at Princeton, it often seems as if, to them, I will always be Black first and a student second."

Donnelly, meanwhile, was struggling with her own identity. She came out that first semester, chopped off her hair and partied with other lesbians on campus. Soon she, too, learned what it feels like to be part of the "other" group, to be seen as a student second.

Donnelly said she and Obama had established separate circles of friends by second semester. That's when another room – the one her mother had requested – opened up. By then, it just made sense to trade cramped quarters for roomier ones.

Donnelly doesn't remember having another meaningful exchange with Obama. She graduated with a psychology major in 1985 and forgot all about that tall roommate from Chicago.

'I was inspired .... I was envious'

More than two decades passed, and Donnelly, who normally doesn't care much for politics, found herself intrigued by one of the Democrats running for president. She was a little surprised to hear her mother liked Barack Obama, too. Brown had never voted for a Democrat. But she's a sucker for Harvard grads, especially eloquent ones.

"He thinks well," Brown said recently, though she and Donnelly are still undecided voters. "He seems to be a thoughtful person. He considers everything."

When Donnelly first saw Obama's wife on TV, she was struck by how tall and graceful she looked. Then she studied her more closely. Michelle Obama looked so familiar, down to those long fingers. Could that be Michelle Robinson?

A Google search gave Donnelly the answer. Obama was far more than a first-lady hopeful. She had gone to Harvard Law School, had been an associate dean at the University of Chicago and rose to vice president at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Like Donnelly, she was mother to two children.

"I was inspired," she says. "I was amazed. And I was envious of all she had accomplished."

Donnelly called her mother, who in turn phoned the friend who had traveled with her to Princeton all those years ago. The friends had stayed up that night calling everyone they knew with a connection to the university, hoping to get Catherine moved. "We thought this is so ironic," Brown says. "[Obama] could be the first lady, and here we wanted to get my child out of her influence."

Some empathy for lingering anger

As her 2- and 5-year-old boys play on the front porch, Donnelly flips through a photo album of her own childhood. Brown, in Atlanta for her monthly hair appointment, looks over her daughter's shoulder.

"There we are," Brown says, "at your graduation."

In the photo, Donnelly clutches a bouquet in front of her white dress, smiling next to her mother and her grandmother.

The story of race in America is one of generations: what's passed on, what isn't and the friction between the two.

When Brown heard about Barack Obama's former pastor — his angry rants against white America — she didn't like it. But she understood. "If I had been treated the same way blacks have been treated," she says, "I'd be resentful, too."

It was Donnelly, however, who understood Obama's response: "The profound mistake of Reverend Wright's sermons is not that he spoke about racism in our society. It's that he spoke as if our society was static."

Society changed, and Donnelly has seen her mother nudged along with it. Says Brown: "It's become politically incorrect to talk about black people in a negative way. It's like smoking."

Brown quit smoking in 1996. She's still working on the other.

Brown says she wouldn't mind if her child or grandchild roomed with a black person today. But she's far from colorblind. "Where I draw the line is interracial marriage," Brown says. "That I can't quite deal with."

She holds firm to the belief that African-Americans don't take enough responsibility. "Bill Cosby says the same thing," she says. "Get off your rear end and work hard and improve yourself."

Donnelly has more empathy. Her junior year psychology paper on affirmative action concluded that the effects of "covert, deep-rooted prejudice" are enduring. And she generally agrees with what Barack Obama said last month: "The disparities that exist in the African-American community today can be directly traced to the inequities passed on from an earlier generation that suffered under the brutal legacy of Jim Crow."

Living as a gay woman has made Donnelly far more aware of what it's like to be judged by a trait beyond your control. "Being gay is such a small part of who I am."

Now she wishes she had reached across racial lines at Princeton. "I don't think I ever set foot in the Third World Center," she says of the popular hangout for minority students. "It's like this mystical place."

Since then, Donnelly has worked and socialized with African-Americans. Yet she hasn't grown close to any of them. "I've just never had an opportunity," she says, "to have a good friend who was black."

"You did with Michelle," Brown snaps.

Donnelly rolls her eyes.

She believes the cycle of racism can be stopped.

Donnelly turns the pages in the photo album to a picture of an African-American boy standing next to her at school back in New Orleans. "He and a white guy and I would fashion ourselves after the Mod Squad," she says. "We liked to think of ourselves as a little club."

The friendship started in fifth or sixth grade. And Donnelly sees it as evidence that children have the right instincts.

Truth is, many paths to the future start with the past. Donnelly thought she'd left that Princeton dorm room for good. Then those long fingers from the campaign trail waved her back inside. At first, she saw only herself and two roommates.

Now she sees her children and Obama's children waking up in those beds, in a room with no barriers.

Obama's Make-Believe Life

I have this theory about Barack Obama. I think he’s led a kind of make-believe life in which money was provided and doors were opened because at some point early on somebody or some group took a look at this tall, good looking, half-white, half-black, young man with an exotic African/Muslim name and concluded he could be guided toward a life in politics where his facile speaking skills could even put him in the White House.

In a very real way, he has been a young man in a very big hurry.

Who else do you know has written two memoirs before the age of 45?

“Dreams of My Father” was published in 1995 when he was only 34 years old. The “Audacity of Hope” followed in 2006. If, indeed, he did write them himself. There are some who think that his mentor and friend, Bill Ayers, a man who calls himself a “communist with a small ‘c’” was the real author.

His political skills consisted of rarely voting on anything that might be deemed controversial. He went from a legislator in the Illinois legislature to the Senator from that state because he had the good fortune of having Mayor Daley’s formidable political machine at his disposal.

He was in the U.S. Senate so briefly that his bid for the presidency was either an act of astonishing self-confidence or part of some greater game plan that had been determined before he first stepped foot in the Capital. How, many must wonder, was he selected to be a 2004 keynote speaker at the Democrat convention that nominated John Kerry when virtually no one had ever even heard of him before?

He outmaneuvered Hillary Clinton in primaries. He took Iowa by storm. A charming young man, an anomaly in the state with a very small black population, he oozed “cool” in a place where agriculture was the antithesis of cool. He dazzled the locals. And he had an army of volunteers drawn to a charisma that hid any real substance.

And then he had the great good fortune of having the Republicans select one of the most inept candidates for the presidency since Bob Dole. And then John McCain did something crazy. He picked Sarah Palin, an unknown female governor from the very distant state of Alaska. It was a ticket that was reminiscent of 1984’s Walter Mondale and Geraldine Ferraro and they went down to defeat.

The mainstream political media fell in love with him. It was a schoolgirl crush with febrile commentators like Chris Mathews swooning then and now over the man. The venom directed against McCain and, in particular, Palin, was extraordinary.

Now, nearly a full year into his first term, all of those gilded years leading up to the White House have left him unprepared to be President. Left to his own instincts, he has a talent for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. It swiftly became a joke that he could not deliver even the briefest of statements without the ever-present Tele-Prompters.

Far worse, however, is his capacity to want to “wish away” some terrible realities, not the least of which is the Islamist intention to destroy America and enslave the West. Any student of history knows how swiftly Islam initially spread. It knocked on the doors of Europe, having gained a foothold in Spain.

The great crowds that greeted him at home or on his campaign “world tour” were no substitute for having even the slightest grasp of history and the reality of a world filled with really bad people with really bad intentions.

Oddly and perhaps even inevitably, his political experience, a cakewalk, has positioned him to destroy the Democrat Party’s hold on power in Congress because in the end it was never about the Party. It was always about his communist ideology, learned at an early age from family, mentors, college professors, and extreme leftist friends and colleagues.

Obama is a man who could deliver a snap judgment about a Boston police officer who arrested an “obstreperous” Harvard professor-friend, but would warn Americans against “jumping to conclusions” about a mass murderer at Fort Hood who shouted “Allahu Akbar.” The absurdity of that was lost on no one. He has since compounded this by calling the Christmas bomber “an isolated extremist” only to have to admit a day or two later that he was part of an al Qaeda plot.

He is a man who could strive to close down our detention facility at Guantanamo even though those released were known to have returned to the battlefield against America. He could even instruct his Attorney General to afford the perpetrator of 9/11 a civil trial when no one else would ever even consider such an obscenity. And he is a man who could wait three days before having anything to say about the perpetrator of yet another terrorist attack on Americans and then have to elaborate on his remarks the following day because his first statement was so lame.

The pattern repeats itself. He either blames any problem on the Bush administration or he naively seeks to wish away the truth.

Knock, knock. Anyone home? Anyone there? Barack Obama exists only as the sock puppet of his handlers, of the people who have maneuvered and manufactured this pathetic individual’s life.

When anyone else would quickly and easily produce a birth certificate, this man has spent over a million dollars to deny access to his. Most other documents, the paper trail we all leave in our wake, have been sequestered from review. He has lived a make-believe life whose true facts remain hidden.

We laugh at the ventriloquist’s dummy, but what do you do when the dummy is President of the United States of America?

Barack Obama is a narcissist.

Dr. Sam Vaknin, the author of the Malignant Self Love believes "Barack Obama appears to be a narcissist." Vaknin is a world authority on narcissism. He understands narcissism and describes the inner mind of a narcissist like no other person. When he talks about narcissism everyone listens.

Dr. Vaknin has written extensively about narcissism and Dr. Vaknin States "I must confess I was impressed by Sen. Barack Obama from the first time I saw him.

At first I was excited to see a black candidate. He looked youthful, spoke well, appeared to be confident – a wholesome presidential package. But, I was put off soon, not just because of his shallowness but also because there was an air of haughtiness in his demeanor that was unsettling.

His posture and his body language were louder than his empty words. Obama's speeches are unlike any political speech we have heard in American history. Never a politician in this land had such quasi "religious" impact on so many people. The fact that Obama is a total incognito with zero accomplishment, makes this inexplicable infatuation alarming. Obama is not an ordinary man. He is not a genius. In fact he is quite ignorant on most important subjects."

Vaknin says that Obama's language, posture and demeanor, and the testimonies of his closest, dearest and nearest suggest that the Senator is either a narcissist or he may have narcissistic personality disorder (NPD).

Narcissists project a grandiose but false image of themselves.

Jim Jones, the charismatic leader of People's Temple, the man who led over 900 of his followers to cheerfully commit mass suicide and even murder their own children was also a narcissist.

David Koresh, Charles Manson, Joseph Koni, Shoko Asahara, Stalin, Saddam, Mao, Kim Jong Ill and Adolph Hitler are a few examples of narcissists of our time. All these men had a tremendous influence over their fanciers. They created a personality cult around themselves and with their blazing speeches elevated their admirers, filled their hearts with enthusiasm and instilled in their minds a new zest for life.

They gave them 'hope and Change'! They promised them the moon, but alas, invariably they brought them to their doom. When you are a victim of a cult of personality, you don't know it until it is too late. One determining factor in the development of NPD is childhood abuse.

"Obama's early life was decidedly chaotic and replete with traumatic and mentally bruising dislocations," says Vaknin. "Mixed-race marriages were even less common then. His parents went through a divorce when he was an infant (two years old). Obama saw his father only once again, before he died in a car accident. Then his mother re-married and Obama had to relocate to Indonesia, a foreign land with a radically foreign culture, to be raised by a step-father. At the age of ten, he was whisked off to live with his maternal (white)grandparents. He saw his mother only intermittently in the following few years and then she vanished from his life in 1979. She died of cancer in 1995".

One must never underestimate the manipulative genius of pathological narcissists. They project such an imposing personality that it overwhelms those around them. Charmed by the charisma of the narcissist, people become like clay in his hands. They cheerfully do his bidding and delight to be at his service.

The narcissist shapes the world around himself and reduces others in his own inverted image. He creates a cult of personality. His admirers become his co-dependents Narcissists have no interest in things that do not help them to reach their personal objective. They are focused on one thing alone and that is power. All other issues are meaningless to them and they do not want to waste their precious time on trivialities. Anything that does not help them is beneath them and do not deserve their attention.

If an issue raised does not help Obama in one way or another, he has no interest in it. The "present" vote is a safe vote. No one can criticize him if things go wrong. Those issues are unworthy by their very nature because they are not about him. Obama's election as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review led to a contract and advance to write a book about race relations.

The University of Chicago Law School provided him a lot longer than expected and at the end it evolved into, guess what? His own autobiography! Instead of writing a scholarly paper focusing on race relations, for which he had been paid, Obama could not resist writing about his most sublime self. He entitled the book "Dreams from My Father".

Not surprisingly, Adolph Hitler also wrote his own autobiography when he was still nobody. So did Stalin. For a narcissist no subject is as important as his own self. Why would he waste his precious time and genius writing about insignificant things when he can write about such an august being as himself? Narcissists are often callous and even ruthless. As the norm, they lack conscience. This is evident from Obama's lack of interest in his own brother who lives on only one dollar per month.

A man who lives in luxury, who takes a private jet to vacation in Hawaii, and who has raised nearly half a billion dollars for his campaign (something unprecedented in history) has no interest in the plight of his own brother. Why? Because, his brother cannot be used for his ascent to power.

A narcissist cares for no one but himself. This election is like no other in the history of America . The issues are insignificant compared to what is at stake. What can be more dangerous than having a man bereft of conscience, a serial liar, and one who cannot distinguish his fantasies from reality as the leader of the free world? I hate to sound alarmist, but one is a fool if one is not alarmed. Many politicians are narcissists. They pose no threat to others…They are simply self serving and selfish.

Obama evidences symptoms of pathological narcissism, which is different from the run-of-the-mill narcissism of a Richard Nixon or a Bill Clinton for example. To him reality and fantasy are intertwined. This is a mental health issue, not just a character flaw. Pathological narcissists are dangerous because they look normal and even intelligent. It is this disguise that makes them treacherous.

Today the Democrats have placed all their hopes in Obama. But this man could put an end to their party. The great majority of blacks have also decided to vote for Obama. Only a fool does not know that their support for him is racially driven. This is racism, pure and simple. The downside of this is that if Obama turns out to be the disaster I predict, he will cause widespread resentment among the whites.

The blacks are unlikely to give up their support of their man. Cultic mentality is pernicious and unrelenting. They will dig their heads deeper in the sand and blame Obama's detractors of racism. This will cause a backlash among the whites.

The white supremacists will take advantage of the discontent and they will receive widespread support. I predict that in less than four years, racial tensions will increase to levels never seen since the turbulent 1960's.

Obama will set the clock back decades… America is the bastion of freedom. The peace of the world depends on the strength of America , and its weakness translates into the triumph of terrorism and victory of rogue nations.

It is no wonder that Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez, the Castrists, the Hezbollah, the Hamas, the lawyers of the Guantanamo terrorists and virtually all sworn enemies of America are so thrilled by the prospect of their man in the White House. America is on the verge of destruction. There is no insanity greater than electing a pathological narcissist as president.

Was there CIA interest in Clinton at Oxford?

Absolutely as his housemate Strobe Talbott was at the time translating the secret memoirs of Nikita Khrushchev for Time, Inc., which must have made the Leckford Road house one of the more intriguing espionage targets of the day.

Certainly Clinton got assistance with his draft board -- a service the CIA was said to offer its informants. Morris cites anonymous CIA veterans, one claiming to have seen the details of Clinton's recruitment on file.

Well, one can suggest several reasons why some retired spooks might want to say that, but if there are files, they might have been leaked by now. And given the effort the Bush Administration put into looking at Clinton's passport files, a former director of the CIA like George Bush might have expected a little more help from his old comrades at Langley. Clinton's first appointee to run the CIA, R. James Woolsey Jr., was not a success and was sufficiently disenchanted with Clinton to have since announced his endorsement of Bob Dole's candidacy. Were there a CIA hold over Clinton, one suspects, we would have learned of it ???

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Army has approved the purchase of more than $29 million worth of weapons for the new Iraqi army from a Chinese state-owned company that's under indictment in California in connection with the smuggling of 2,000 AK-47 automatic rifles into the United States in 1996.

The haul remains the largest seizure of smuggled automatic weapons in U.S. history.

Army Lt. Col. Joe Yoswa, a Pentagon spokesman, said the Warren, Mich.-based U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command approved the contract for Poly Technologies after a check into the company's background. The company wasn't among those banned from doing business in the United States, he said.

The Beijing-based firm is to deliver 2,369 light and heavy machine guns, 14,653 AK-47 rifles and 72 million rounds of ammunition worth $29.3 million by Saturday, according to a Pentagon statement.

It isn't clear whether the deal, which comes as the Bush administration is pressing the European Union to maintain an embargo on high-tech arms sales to China, was discussed or approved by higher-ranking officials at the State and Defense departments. Hungary, Poland and Romania, all members of the U.S.-led military coalition in Iraq, could supply the same weapons.

China opposed the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

Poly Technologies won the competitively bid $29.3 million contract in February from The International Trading Establishment, a Jordan-based consortium. The U.S. Army selected the consortium to supply Iraq's fledgling security forces with as much as $174.4 million worth of radios, night-vision equipment, weapons and ammunition. The consortium comprises coalition partners of corporations from the Czech Republic, Spain and Jordan.

Iraq is awash in AK-47s and other weapons, but American commanders want new weapons for the new army??? (The Halliburton 'FACTOR'???)

Dynasty Holding of Atlanta, the name under which Poly Technologies did business in the United States, was charged in the smuggling case, along with 14 co-defendants, including Bao Ping "Robert" Ma, a former Chinese army general who was the firm's U.S. representative, according to the May 1996 federal grand jury indictment.

(Yes, but none of the American news media would tell the public how Bill Clinton compromised this whole investigation, as it would've PUT HIM IN JAIL! )

Ma and three co-defendants were also charged with smuggling 20,000 AK-47 bipods into the United States from China in December 1994. (see "The Anatomy of Sting" below)

Ma is a fugitive believed to be in China, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). (Of course he is, as the Communists don't want his 'connection' to Bill Clinton to taint Hillary's further political 'aspirations'!)

The 30-count indictment stemmed from a sting operation mounted by undercover U.S. Treasury and U.S. Customs Service agents, who posed as organized-crime arms dealers.

The agents paid $700,000 for 2,000 fully automatic AK-47s that were shipped into Oakland, Calif., aboard a Chinese-owned vessel from China in March 1996.

The shipment, which had an approximate street value of more than $4 million, also included about 4,000 AK-47 drum magazines capable of holding up to 40 rounds each? (The idiots don't know that Chinese drums hold either 100 or 75 rounds, NOT 40!)

A key figure in the plot who pleaded guilty, Hammond Ku, a resident alien from Taiwan, suggested to the undercover agents that the weapons be sold to "gang bangers," or street gangs, according to an affidavit from a U.S. Customs agent (Special Agent, Matthew King of the San Francisco U.S. Customs Office) that accompanied the indictment.

Ma is one of five Chinese nationals indicted in the case who are fugitives. Two other Chinese nationals who were charged, a former Poly Technologies export manager and a former export official of another state-run munitions firm, NORINCO, have been convicted in China, said Lori Haley, a spokeswoman for ICE in Laguna Niguel, Calif.

government had "basically cleared" Ma in the investigation that led to the convictions of the former Poly Technologies and NORINCO export officials.

According to U.S. federal court records, four other defendants

"It's still a pending investigation," said Haley. "As long as they are fugitives, the investigation is still open."

Ma's lawyer, Joseph Russinello, said his client was innocent.

He said the Chinese have pleaded guilty, including Ku. He pleaded guilty in 1997 to illegal importation and money laundering charges, but has yet to be sentenced.

"Poly Technologies is not on any list of prohibited sources, nor is the U.S., under existing law, regulation or policy, prohibited from using Chinese companies to supply weapons," said Yoswa, the Pentagon spokesman. "There are firms within China that are on the prohibited source list, but Poly Technologies is not one of them."

He also pointed out that a U.S. arms embargo slapped on China after the 1989 massacre that crushed pro-democracy protests in Beijing's Tiananmen Square applies only to American sales of advanced defense technologies to the communist regime.

An Army official, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue, said Army investigators were aware of the link between Poly Technologies and the 1996 weapons smuggling case. But, the official said, Poly Technologies itself was not named in the indictment.

"We looked at Poly Technologies, not Dynasty Holding. Dynasty Holding doesn't exist," the official said. (Sure about that fellas???)

The official said the background check on the company was conducted by the National Ground Intelligence Center, an Army intelligence agency in Charlottesville, Va.

Poly Technologies was started by the Chinese military as an arms trading corporation. When the government ordered the military to divest itself of numerous businesses, Poly Technologies in 1999 was placed under the central government.

The Slow Boat From China

When federal agents busted smugglers bringing 2,000 Chinese AK-47 assault rifles in May of 1996 through Oakland, Calif., critics of free trade with China seized the moment.

China can't be trusted to abide by U.S. laws, they cried.

Smuggling machine guns into this country is, to put it mildly, a major roadblock in our relationship, said Rep. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., who said the event forced him to reconsider U.S.-China trade relations.

Indicted suspects included leading U.S. representatives from two of Chinas key weapons firms-the gargantuan Chinese defense firm Norinco, and the People's Liberation Army-owned Polytechnologies.

What's more, the ship carrying the arms was the Chinese owned and operated COSCO, the China Ocean Shipping Co. Congressional investigators believe that the shipper has also delivered nuclear-weapon components to Pakistan and chemical and biological weapons to North Korea, Iran, Iraq and Syria.

this impacts the safety of every American citizen,� said Rep. Randy Cunningham, R-Calif., while speaking on the House floor.

He told Congress that he had been briefed with an FBI report finding that COSCO deploys industrial and national security spies around the world.

All three Chinese companies deny any involvement with any smuggling operations, but the allegations from politicians and the media persist.

Distrust Continues

Critics again attacked COSCO in March after the shipper applied for a permit to build a cargo terminal at the decommissioned Long Beach Naval Station in California. Local officials, eager to expand commercial port activity, jumped at the opportunity and prepared to invest $200 million in developing a 145-acre site.

The COSCO situation became so politically uncomfortable that the husband of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., investment banker Richard Blum, confessed to having a minor financial interest in COSCO, but quickly pledged to donate all profits to charity. (Yeah, sure you did 'Slick Willie'...) It is difficult to be married to a public figure today and carry out business, he told The Wall Street Journal

COSCO's bidding for the project ignited an outcry from local talk radio and cable stations, while members of Congress-including both California senators-demanded a report on possible breaches of national security from the Chinese shipper. Other members of Congress crafted legislation to prevent the move, fearful that COSCO would use the terminal as a base for intelligence operations and smuggling.

If COSCO receives the permit, its new neighbor would be the Sea Launch Company, an international consortium now developing an advanced deep-ocean rocket launch and assembly system for the Pentagon.

We can't really separate an enterprise like COSCO from the Chinese intelligence apparatus. We can do that with Western shippers but not with a Chinese organization, says Asian policy analyst Richard Fisher with the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank. 10 years down the road we discover that the facility has been used for espionage, it will be too late.

Paranoid Bunk ?

Yvonne Avila, Port of Long Beach spokeswoman, reacts to such fears as paranoid bunk. COSCO operates in seven other U.S. seaports and has been doing business in Long Beach for 16 years.
It's the same company and the same ships and the same cargo ever since 1979 she says. No one has ever flinched and suddenly it has become a national issues not like we were hiding something.

COSCO has never been indicted for running weapons. (Only because Clinton forbid Reno from doing it...)

Trail to the White House

Nevertheless, opponents weave a web of conspiracy of espionage and intrigue leading all the way to the White House and its association with Johnny Chung, a Chinese American businessman from California.

Chung, who was reported to have introduced a COSCO representative to President Clinton last year, gave $366,000 to the Democratic National Committee during the 1996 campaign. The DNC later returned the money out of fear that it might have been obtained illegally from foreign sources. Chung and his donations are now part of broader fund-raising investigations by the Justice Department and Congress.

The Defense Department subsequently claimed there were no national security concerns, and Long Beach officials deny that the White House played any role in making a deal with COSCO despite several meetings with the president. In late April, the COSCO proposal was turned down for environmental reasons and pleas to preserve the heritage of the former military base.

And if that didn't stop them, I'm sure Congress would have, boasted one Republican aide. All this happened even though COSCO has been docking at Long Beach since 1981. Its business represents 25 percent of all U.S. trade with China.

Senator John Kerry, D-MA, unwittingly tried to help a Chinese espionage agent and arms dealer in 1996 in return for campaign contributions for his Senate reelection campaign, according to congressional and other documents, interviews, and photographs.

The arms dealer, the daughter of the man who was then the second-highest ranking official in China's military, did not get what she wanted -- a listing for her company on a United States stock exchange -- but Kerry was able to get her a meeting at the Securities and Exchange commission, after a business associate of hers provided him with campaign contributions and the promise of more help.  

The woman, Liu Chao Ying, worked in high ranking positions for two companies responsible for brokering one of the biggest and most controversial arms sales of the 1990's -- a $300-million missile deal with Pakistan.  The two companies were sanctioned by the United States for their deals with Pakistan.

In 1996, Senator John Kerry was locked in a hard-fought and close reelection campaign with Massachusetts Governor William Weld.  Kerry was the policy wonk, noted for his expertise in international crime, arms and drug dealing, and intelligence.

Although America's richest public servant -- married to a woman, Teresa Heinz, then worth an estimated $800-million -- he could not use that wealth in his campaign.

So, he relied on doing what every political candidate does:  seeking big bucks contributions from people with deep pockets.  And, in 1996, few had more money to burn than Johnny Chung, a Taiwanese-American entrepreneur from Artesia, California. 

Chung gave $10,000 to Kerry's campaign -- most of it illegally -- hosted a fund-raising party in Beverly Hills, and threw in an extra $10,000 to honor Kerry at a Democratic Senate Campaign Committee event.  Kerry eventually returned all the Chung money.

In return, Kerry opened a door for a friend of Chung: Liu Chaoying.

"Who is Colonel Liu?" asked William Triplett, a former Senate Foreign Relations Committee staffer and author of two books on Chinese influence in US politics.  "She began her military intelligence career with Chinese Navy intelligence. 

She has been, in succession, assistant to the President of the China National Precision Machinery Import-Export Corporation and the China Great Wall Industries Corporation, both of whom have been sanctioned twice -- in 1991 and 1993 -- by the United States for ballistic missiles sales to Pakistan. 

She later became president of China Aerospace Industrial Holdings Ltd. and she made illegal campaign contributions to the Clinton Gore ticket and John Kerry in 1996.

"She is a communist,” says Triplett; she is a high-tech spy; she is an arms broker and she met Bill Clinton at a fund raiser and John Kerry in his Senate office."

More than anything else, the saga of John Kerry, Johnny Chung and Liu Chao Ying, as laid out in a series of interviews, court records, campaign finance disclosure forms and bank documents obtained by NBC News, is a story of what can happen when the pursuit of campaign cash gets out of hand. 

Sightseeing tour

The story begins with a sightseeing tour.  Chung took Liu Chao Ying, then vice president of China Aerospace International Holdings (CASIL), and three other Chinese business people to Washington in late July, 1996 for a general tour of nations capital.  Chung had helped Ms. Liu get a United States visa on July 16 and on July 22 -- the day after she arrived in California from Hong Kong -- an introduction and a picture with President Bill Clinton at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser. 

Chung had paid $40,000 to bring her and others to two events that night, just as he had in the past with other Chinese officials.

Chung was paying Ms. Liu's way in hopes that they could do business.  "It was upfront money for him", said a source close to Chung. "It was always his M.O.."

Chung had been introduced to Liu by someone who knew of Chung's connections with the Clinton White House.   And Chung did indeed have connections, visiting the executive mansion on 52 occasions from 1994 to 1996.

The trip to Washington, following the introduction to Clinton in Los Angeles and a sightseeing tour of New York, was one way for Chung to show those connections and his high style.  Chung was showing off, matching his "guanxi" – the Chinese concept of business relationships -- with one of China's "princelings" -- the sons and daughters of the Peoples' Republic.

Ms. Liu was part old China, part new.  A lieutenant-colonel in the Chinese Peoples' Liberation Army, she was the daughter of China's most powerful soldier, who also sat on the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.  But  she is also U.S. educated, an English speaker with a fancy for Chanel suits bought on Rodeo Drive, and an inveterate gambler who could be found in Macau's better casinos.

To U.S. intelligence, she is also "player" in the arms trade -- and not small arms, but nuclear-capable missiles.   Senior U.S. intelligence officials note that she helped put together the 1991 sale of Chinese M-11 missiles to Pakistan – a $300-million deal that led to United States sanctions against both her Chinese company and Pakistani companies.

"She has been around for a long time... one of the cadre's kids," said one US intelligence official.  "She hasn't been selling sewing machines."

Chung has told investigators, while he knew her money came from the China’s Peoples Liberation Army’s intelligence arm, he was unaware of her arms dealings, thinking instead she was interested in consumer goods, like auto parts. 

But he did know she was a serious businesswoman… and the daughter of a powerful Chinese general who was so powerful, the Defense Intelligence Agency described him the year before as “vice chairman of the Communist Party”…“the senior most Peoples Liberation Army officer on the party’s powerful Military Commission”… “The PLA’s preeminent expert on military research and development, technology acquisition and equipment modernization” and “the primary spokesman for military modernization with the PLA.” 

In short, General Liu was one of a handful of people who ran China.

Whatever Chung knew, Ms. Liu knew what she was interested in…getting a foothold in the United States.  Another of Chung’s guests, a "Mr. Yao", asked Chung to help him get "general information" on how to bring Chinese companies to the New York Stock Exchange.

Chung realized he needed to request a meeting with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but didn't know how.  So he called a Kerry aide who had been "hitting him up for campaign cash," as one of Chung's friends recalled.  Kerry's people had learned of Chung's largesse from DNC's Richard Sullivan.  Sullivan had been the party's point man in dealing with Chung, who by that point had delivered $351,000 to the DNC and Democratic candidates.

The Kerry campaign aide was only too happy to answer Chung's question, "Who would we call?"  Luckily, Kerry was on the Senate Banking Committee, which has jurisdiction over the SEC.  

So Chung arranged for a meeting in Kerry's office on Capitol Hill for his guests, including Ms. Liu, sometime in the last week of July -- he doesn’t have the date.   It was a 10-minute meeting.   Kerry agreed to fax a request to SEC asking that they meet with the group.   Chung watched as Kerry's office faxed the letter.  It worked.

Mr. Yao and Ms. Liu got their meeting at the SEC, who had two of its international finance officials meet with them and Chung promised to help Kerry in an unspecified way.

In a handwritten note written the next week, Kerry thanked Chung for being willing "to help with my campaign" and added, “it means a lot to have someone like you on my team”.     

Kerry initially denied he'd met Chung before the fundraiser, then called the timing of the SEC meeting and the fundraiser "totally coincidental."

As time passes

Within weeks, things began to happen.  Chung and Liu agreed to do business together, setting up a company called Marswell Investments.  On August 9, Chung and Liu filed incorporation papers in California, listing Liu as president and Chung as registered agent.  In the first week of August, Ms. Liu wired $300,000 to Chung's Hong Kong bank account.  On August 15, Chung has told investigators he moved $80,000 from Hong Kong to his California Federal account in Los Angeles, transactions that show up on Chung bank records obtained by NBC News.

Chung, who was always a soft touch for the Democrats, quickly put Ms. Liu's money to work.   Did Chung know at the time that the money he was giving to the Democrats came from the People's Liberation Army... as he later told investigators?

Three days later, after the money arrived at Cal Fed, Chung gave $20,000 to the DNC to buy tickets to Clinton's 50th birthday party at Radio City Music Hall in New York.  Then, the next week, on August 28 and 29, Chung was in Chicago at McCormick Place for the Democratic National Convention, giving two more checks totaling $15,000.  On the 29th, he gave $1,000 to the Loretta Sanchez congressional campaign.  Also at the convention, Kerry asked Chung to host a fund-raiser in California, following up on the commitment Chung had made during the meeting in Kerry's office a month before.

On September 9, Chung hosted a Beverly Hills party for Kerry.  The price of admission: $2,000 a person -- the maximum anyone can give to an individual Senate candidate.   But Chung wanted to give more.  So, as he admitted in his guilty plea earlier this year, Chung had four of his employees give $2,000 each and then reimbursed them -- illegal under the campaign finance laws.  He later pled guilty to the illegal bundling.  [There is no evidence Kerry knew of the illegality.]

On September 28, Chung gave another $10,000 to the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee at a Boston dinner honoring Kerry and President Clinton.  The entertainment that night: Whoopi Goldberg, Don Henley, Carly Simon, Crosby Stills Nash & Young and Peter Paul & Mary.  It was Kerry's campaign fund that solicited Chung's help, faxing him an invitation two weeks earlier.

Were these contributions part of the $300,000 Ms. Liu gave Chung the first week of August?  It would appear to be, but there is no clear answer.  Chung has told investigators that the total drawn from Ms. Liu's deposits came to only $35,000, but admits there is no way to tell, since all of Chung's money by that point was commingled with that of his new partner, Ms. Liu.  There was money coming in from a variety of sources.

And what was the ultimate source of the money?  Chung later told investigators and an open Congressional hearing that General Ji Shengde, the number two in Chinese military intelligence might have been the ultimate source, describing a meeting in the basement of a Hong Kong restaurant where Ji told him of a plan to funnel $300,000 to the Clinton campaign, explaining “we like your president”.  

Kerry could not have known, until Chung pleaded guilty and began talking to investigators in March, 1998, that the money he needed so desperately back then was tainted -- perhaps even the product of arms-dealing.

ANATOMY OF A STING

Maybe it was his Runyonesque swagger, or the 6-ft. 6-in., 350-lb. former football linebacker who served as his bodyguard, or his expert craft, which included hiding a key in a potted plant. Whatever the case, Gary Hipple, a U.S. Customs agent based in San Francisco, convinced a group of Chinese arms dealers that he was a Mafia big shot who was in the market to buy guns for drug rings and street gangs. By the time the undercover deal was over, Hipple and his partner, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agent who also posed as a mobster, had persuaded the brokers to smuggle 2,000 fully automatic Chinese-government-made AK-47s into the U.S.

Last week (May 1996), the charade ended with an explosion of headlines (what 'explosion' of headlines?), as Customs and ATF agents arrested seven people for illegal gunrunning. U.S. Attorney Michael Yamaguchi described the sting operation as the largest seizure of fully operational automatic weapons in U.S. history! (Why did 60 minutes and Nightline ignore this story???)

The diplomatically sensitive source of the guns: two state-owned arms manufacturers in China, Poly Technologies and Norinco. The president of Poly Technologies, a defense corporation controlled by the People's Liberation Army, is He Ping, the son-in-law of Deng Xiaoping.

The operation began in 1994, when an informant told Hipple that a Taiwanese businessman named Hammond Ku was looking for ways to circumvent Customs. Hipple arranged a meeting and to impress Ku took along fellow agent and former Green Bay Packer Byron Braggs. Ku allegedly set up a test: he had a suitcase of weapons parts flown from China to the San Francisco airport. Hipple duly carried the case past Customs and stashed it in a locker, telling Ku he would find the key in a nearby potted plant.

With that, the sting was on. According to a 34-page criminal complaint filed in San Francisco's U.S. District Court in May of 1996, Hipple helped Ku smuggle in 20,000 machine-gun stands (bipods, you journalistic 'geek'...). Ku then told the agent to fax his weapons wish list to Ku's secretary, using code words: "apples" for automatic weapons; "Alpha Kings" for AK-47s; "poppers" for grenades. Later, a Florida ATF agent was introduced to Ku as an arms dealer interested in machine guns. Eventually the undercover team negotiated an order for 2,000 AK-47s. They paid Ku and his associates $700,000 in cash and wire transfers to Beijing and Hong Kong bank accounts.

Ku made clear that he was acting as a middleman for Chinese arms dealers, including Robert Ma, head of U.S. sales for Poly Technologies, and Richard Chen, U.S. representative for Norinco. It was Ma, according to last week's complaint, who arranged for shipment of the rifles. They arrived in San Francisco aboard a Chinese freighter on March 18, 1996.

Once the transaction was completed, according to court papers, Ku reported that his contacts at Norinco were eager to continue. Customs agents say Ku offered a variety of larger arms, including surface-to-air missiles that he boasted "could take out a 747." Customs didn't have any more money to spend but delayed making arrests. "We were trying to lure the large business figures [in China] to the States," says Rollin Klink, head of Customs in San Francisco.

Officials finally sprung the trap after learning that the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times were on to the sting. (Gee, it's not like Bill Clinton ordered a 'LEAK' in order to COMPROMISE THE FEDERAL INVESTIGATION, RIGHT...)

Still, one important figure, Ma, is at large and may have escaped to China. (Of course Clinton made sure Ma escaped, as Ma would tie Clinton to this $8 million dollar AK-47 deal...) Ku and Chen are under arrest, along with several Chinese and American collaborators.

That is, until Clinton deliberately 'compromised' the investigation, and how America's 'First Black President', as Bill Clinton likes to refer to himself, but who seems more like "AMERICA's 1st RED PRESIDENT", as in a FULL-BLOODED COMMUNIST 'OPERATIVE', who forced Janet Reno to COVER-UP how he received LARGE SUMS of CHINESE 'donated' U.S. CASH ($100 bills stuffed into duffel bags), again that MOST of the Clinton-loving news media neglected to tell the public about!

For those who doubt just how much Bill Clinton was 'compromised' by Communist Party Officials, why won't Bill Clinton tell what he was doing at the Kremlin's 'KGB HOTSPOT', the Intourist Hotel in Moscow in 1969, a hotel that was commonly known for supplying foreign tourists with first-class Russian prostitutes?

Could the Russians and the KGB have made some interesting videotapes of a perverse Bill Clinton with one, or more of these prostitutes, who might have been supplied by the KGB to someone whom the Soviets sought to recruit to enter the American political arena, as possibly a Governor, or eventually as a Presidential candidate?

When Sen. Feinstein was asked earlier why she carried that .38 Smith & Wesson concealed in her purse while promoting gun control for the rest of us, Feinstein answered, “I know the urge to arm yourself because that’s what I did. I was trained in firearms. I’d walk to the hospital when my husband was sick. I carried a concealed weapon. I made the determination that if somebody was going to try to take me out, I was going to take them with me.”

Yet, she's too much of an elitist Democrat hypocrite to admit that VERY FEW Californians are given 'permission' to protect themselves as Feinstein has the elite priveledge of having!

China Continues to Arm Al-Qaeda, as China says U.S. "got what it deserved"!!!

Communist Chinese military officials have continued to arm Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda commandos with sophisticated surface-to-air missiles even after the 9-11 attacks on New York and Washington, D.C., according to U.S. intelligence reports."

Recently. U.S. Army Green Berets found 30 HN-5s, Chinese-made SA-7s surface-to-air missiles, in Afghanistan," reports the Washington Times.

"Intelligence reports indicate the Chinese shipped the missiles to the Taliban after September 11. In June an al-Qaeda operative fired a Chinese made SA-7 missile at a U.S. military plane in Saudi Arabia, according to Pentagon sources.

Before Sept. 11, China's Army provided training for the Taliban militia and its al-Qaeda supporters, the Times added.

Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin was so impressed with Bin Laden's 9-11 attack that he sanctioned a propaganda effort suggesting the U.S. "got what it deserved", as workers at Beijing Television produced a documentary they called 'Attack America,'" reported the London Telegraph in November.

In the video, Chinese film editors mixed real news footage of the two commercial jetliners slamming into the World Trade Center with scenes from a 1998 remake of "Godzilla" where the monster wreaks havoc on New York.

"Communist Party officials say President Jiang Zemin has obsessively watched and re-watched pictures of the aircraft crashing into the World Trade Center," the Telegraph said.

More disturbing, was how the Janet Reno-led U.S. Justice Department continuously engaged in a series of actions that thwarted FBI Director Louis Freeh from properly investigating why China's chief arms broker brought four duffel bags of $100 bills into the Clinton Whitehouse on Feb. 6, 1996!

Wang Jun simply paid a social visit when he dropped by the White House to sip coffee with President Clinton and a circle of major contributors to the Democratic National Committee—or so he said. But when the press discovered the incident, Wang’s visit made headlines.

Wang serves as chairman of China’s major international weapons broker, the PLA-owned Polytechnologies. Prior to going to the White House, he had a business meeting with someone who had just contributed $50,000 to the DNC. Wang’s visit to Washington came at a time when U.S. government officials and law enforcement agencies were reviewing allegations that the firm had sold cruise missiles to Iran, traded weapons for heroin in Burma and brokered a number of other deals with “rogue” nations.

Polytechnologies also has been repeatedly accused of smuggling small weapons into the United States.

White House Guest Employs Gunrunners

Just months after Wang’s Washington visit, the FBI targeted Polytechnologies in a June 1996 sting operation that caught suspects attempting to smuggle 2,000 Chinese AK-47 assault rifles into the San Francisco Bay Area.

Five of the 14 suspects were principal U.S. representatives of two major PLA arms suppliers—Norinco as well as Polytechnologies. Many of the suspects disappeared after the bust. Both Chinese firms deny involvement in the illegal arms shipment, which has a reported street value of $2 million to $4 million, but law enforcement agencies have repeatedly targeted the firms for similar activity in Los Angeles, Miami and other cities.

President Clinton has since said Wang’s White House visit in February 1996 was “clearly inappropriate.”

Wall Street Cozies Up to Wang The son of former Chinese Vice President Wang Zhen, Wang also serves as chairman the $23 billion financial powerhouse, China International Trust and Investment Corp.

The organization has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in the U.S. bond market, which some observers claim has been partially funneled to military-run businesses. The managing executive with CITIC’s New York office denies that investment money goes to the PLA.

“That is nonsense,” he responded.

Other’s aren’t so sure. Roger Robinson, a former economic adviser to the National Security Council under President Bush claims that New York firms have handled more than $800 million in CITIC bonds. He believes that some of that money could very well be going to PLA firms and helping to establish credit operations for China’s international weapons sales.

“We’re talking about an organization that is intimately connected to the Chinese military commission,” Robinson says.

Wang made his White House visit during a trip to drum up new business on Wall Street. Democrats Power Breakfast with the PLA Just hours before visiting with President Clinton, Wang first met with Ernest Green, an active fund raiser for the Democratic National Committee and a friend of the president.

Green, a managing director with the Lehman Brothers investment bank in Washington, was looking to develop business with CITIC, a spokesperson for Lehman later told the press. Green’s appointments that day also included delivering a $50,000 check in his wife’s name to the DNC prior to meeting with Wang.

These series of events later prompted ongoing investigations by the Justice Department and Congress, who are now attempting to determine whether there may be a link between the Chinese government and fund-raising efforts by the Democratic Party.

Wang, in turn, denies any impropriety. “It is sheer nonsense that some U.S. reports described this meeting as having something to do with the political donations case,” he told the New China News Agency. “These stories deliberately distorted the facts.”

Wang said he visited the United States to meet with Lehman Brothers and acquaint himself with the U.S. bond market. He also was reported to have met with then-Commerce Secretary Ron Brown. (Before Clinton had Ron Brown murdered with a .45 caliber slug in the back of his head in a 'staged' plane crash on a phony trade mission to war-torn Croatia!)
